Shipment : 

In stock merch is usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days if you choose Standard shipping. We do not ship out on holidays or weekends. Orders placed with Premium or Express shipping before 5pm ET will be shipped the next business day. We are not responsible for lost items, you need to file a claim directly with the carrier. USPS or UPS.  

Backorders or Preorders :

If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.

Carriers :

Currently we are offering the following carriers; But are looking into expanding our offerings. Stay Tuned !

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • USPS (United States Postal Service) - All Free Shipping orders are sent out via USPS, unless you pay for expedited shipping this is our default carrier. 

At this time we are only offering shipping in the US. We are looking into offering world wide shipping, COMING SOON.

Returns :

Strictly enforced returns policy.

You may return any unworn-unaltered items. 

All returned items must have all original tags attached. 

All returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt. 

At this time we are not offering exchanges, due to the limited quantity of all items. We recommend if you fell in love with something to place an additional order and sending your return items back to be processed separately for a refund.

Shipping, both original shipping and return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Send your packages back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please keep record of your tracking number.

All Sale items are final sale.

Jewelry items are final sale. Accessories, Scarves, Leggings, Bralettes, Slippers etc. are final sale. 

Any item that tags have been removed, has been worn, tailored or otherwise altered or stained, makeup or deodorant marks is not eligible for a return, regardless of circumstance. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with our policies. All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped.

Any return that is not accepted will be sent back to you, return shipment charges will apply.

Refunds will be applied to the same card used for the original transaction.

Items returned past the 7 day return date or does not fit the above guidelines, will be sent back to you standard shipping. A charge will be applied to the card used on the original purchase.

To make a return, please read the above returns policy and make sure it meets the criteria. Complete the Return-form page, and include it in the box with the return merchandise. Once your return is received, please allow 10 business days for processing.

If you believe you have received defective merchandise or you were shipped incorrect merchandise. Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt.
